How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Standard RFQ response time is 12 business hours. For urgent project tenders, call +86-755-8888-6688 (GMT+8, Mon-Sat 08:00-18:00) for priority handling. Custom CNC bracket quotations with CAD review take 48 hours. Package RFQs (multiple product lines) take 2-3 business days for consolidated pricing.
Do you sign NDAs before quotation?
Yes, we routinely sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements before detailed technical discussions. This protects your project specifications, camera integration details, and deployment locations. We can work with your standard NDA template or provide ours. The NDA covers all CAD files, technical drawings, and project documents you submit through our secure upload system.
What file formats do you accept for CAD uploads?
We accept .STEP, .STP, .DWG, .DXF, .IGES, and .STL 3D/2D CAD formats, plus .PDF for specification sheets. Maximum 50MB per file, up to 5 files per submission. All uploads are transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted channel and stored on access-controlled cloud storage with automatic expiration. Files are used exclusively for your custom bracket quotation and never shared with third parties.
What payment terms do you offer for EPC projects?
Standard terms: 30% advance payment with order, 70% before shipment (FOB Shenzhen). For established EPC contractors, we offer letter of credit (L/C at sight) and 30-day net payment terms after approval. We can invoice in USD, EUR, AED, and NGN. Volume orders (50+ units) may qualify for milestone-based payment: 30% down, 30% at production completion, 40% at shipment.
Do you offer on-site commissioning support?
Yes. Our field engineers can travel to your site for installation supervision, commissioning, and Ex inspection certification. We have deployed teams to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Nigeria, Angola, and Qatar. Remote commissioning support via video call is included free with every order. On-site support is quoted per project based on location and duration.
